He's home!

Chris is finally home!! He's in bed and fairly comfortable. I can't wait for Carter to see him again. He keeps looking for him.

Chris brought a walker home with him to use for a while. Anybody know what we should do with it when we're done with it? Can it be donated to a nursing home, do you think?

I would think you could donate it. Contact a nursing home or a local church. . . sorry synagogue.

Yay! I would think a nursing home or an assisted living facility would be more than happy to take the walker.

Yay! Here's hoping he recovers quickly.

I think you should give it to Grandma Phyllis. I hear she needs one.

Let me know if someone wants to take it - I have some crutches to donate to the cause.

But Pop-Pop, I hear she collects them. Never know if she has a tire blow out on one of her others. I mean its good insurance money going to waste. It will be better used collecting dust behind the sofa!! :0)

Often senior citizens groups will take things like walkers as well. The one in our town has a "closet" of walkers, crutches, tub seats etc that they loan or give out. Just another thought....
