You know you can get the same reaction by just moving you face close in and out, without the crunches right? Or am I just the only lazy one?
I am laughing so hard. I have watched it 3 times already and laugh louder each time. That is the best incentive to do crunches that I have ever heard of.
I love the laugh. I'm almost sad to see in the pic of the day the hair spikes seem to be falling flat :(
