No, perfectly normal kid. We can't stop our little guy from grabbing the remotes. . . or the phone, our keys, the Wii controlers, the keyboard, the laptop. . .
Does he play with that x shaped toy with the four bugs? Bailey has that same one and all she ever does is suck on their antennas. So I'm curious if SHE is the weirdo or if it's just a weird toy. lol
Tara, he just got that toy so he's only really explored it for a day or so. So far, though, he seems to like to suck on the bee's head. I think he likes the sound it makes, too.
So far he doesn't seem to know it doesn't work. It's for the dvd player in the living room and, as you can tell from the majority of pictures I post, we don't spend much time in there. So we took the batteries out and he loves it. Today I let him TOUCH the real remote and he nearly jumped he was so excited. It was hilarious.
Glad to know it's not just my FIVE kids who are addicted to everything not toy. If it looks like it's important it instantly is their newest obsession... fab.

Yeap - Ryan is the same way. Remote over anything, but then again, he will put anything in his mouth right now.
Remotes and cell phones... little stinkers.

That is sooo typical. I even tried giving an old remote hat doesn't work anymore to mine. She knows and only wants the "real" one.
