And so it begins
Carter had his first true temper tantrum yesterday. I gave him two cookies, one for each hand. The little turkey moved them both into one hand and asked for more because he had an empty hand. I told him to eat the ones he has and then he could have more. Well, apparently that wasn't the answer he wanted to hear. Homeboy flopped himself on the ground and started wailing, tears flowing, spit falling out of his mouth. It was awesome.

Oh girl, brace yourself. LOL.
It's funny because on the video of Carter saying "ah chee", by the time he got to the last "ah chee", he sounded like that was enough already. I noticed a change in his tone and thought that he is getting older and is expressing himself. He sure is! It would be interesting to know if any of the kids do it at daycare. You know he loves to imitate.
Niiiiiiice...wait until he does it in the middle of Target because you won't get him a toy. Thank God Sydney never did that crap, but I think Ryan will. He's starting to scream at me if I take something away from him or tell him no. No throwing himself down and all that drama, just a really loud scream.
Oy. Ugh. Ack.
I am so sorry. But I have to say, it's nice to know that Carter is human. He is always so well behaved and darn tootin' adorable. Yay - normal toddler! Woohoo!
Man, I'm screwed.
Welcome to the club, we drink heavily once the little crap heads are asleep.
The first is awesome. The 40th? Not so much.
Did you applaud?
Oh, we're totally doing the same thing these days, only it's "I don't want the cookie you GAVE me, I want the cookie you're putting in your mouth. Waaaaaaaaaaa!"
I had totally forgotten that time existed before tantrums. It seems like such a way of life now. LOL :)
Uh oh! Sorry but I'm giggling just picturing that, lol.
Bunker down. It's going to get rough.. Good luck!
