When I lived in San Diego I swear I passed a lady who was painting her nails while driving.
I will admit to plucking in the car. The natural light is way better than in the bathroom.
How about this one---I was driving today with Brandon and Isabella in the car on I-70 and there was a car passing us in the lane on the right and he was reading the newspaper. I had the kids look at him and remarked that he should put that paper away. They were laughing because they had never seen a newspaper opened completely and the man was looking down reading and driving. I took my cell phone out and caught up to him. Just as I was ready to snap a picture of him reading, he pulled a little ahead, but I got the picture on my camera. I feel better now myself.

I do pluck in the car if I have my tweezers handy....but the car is always stopped! :)
Wait, actually I should've said that the car is always PARKED - not just stopped. I'm not plucking at traffic lights or anything. hee hee
