Made a recipe the other night that was just so delicious and easy, I had to share it.
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef (I used ground turkey)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, peeled and cut into slices
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
1 cup pre-shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 cups cooked spaghetti (8 oz uncooked)
2 Tbsp pre-shredded Parmesan cheese (I used the green can)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the ground beef and add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring and breaking up the lumps of meat, until the beef is brown all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the beef to a large mixing bowl. (If there is a lot of fat in the pan, drain the mixture before transferring it.) Add the mushroom soup, pasta sauce, 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese, the cooked spaghetti, and 1/2 cup of water, and stir to mix. Transfer the spaghetti to a 13x9 glass or ceramic baking dish and sprinkle all but 1 Tbsp of the remaining Cheddar and 1 Tbsp of the Parmesan over the top.
3. Bake until it bubbles throughout and the cheese has melted, 18 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle on the remaining tablespoon of each cheese and serve at once.

The cream of mushroom mixed with the pasta sauce (I'd recommend a really flavorful one, not a boring tomato-only one) was so rich and fantastic. My mouth is watering just remembering it!
