Customer Service is alive and well!

I just went to the Metro Silver Diner to get some lunch and milkshake. I waited and waited and my order just wasn't coming out, and they weren't busy at all. Finally I asked the cashier and he sent the manager over who apologized profusely and completely refunded my $11 lunch. And then gave me a coupon for a free entree for next time I come. Sweet!

They gave me a free lunch and a coupon once too!

(I found two unmatching hairs in my veggie burger, neither of which was mine!)

Every time I complain abut something and I'm offered a free anything, it makes me think. Did I just get this free because they think I'm going to blow up at them if they don't?
