Carter's got icky butt.
We've slathered on the A&D the past few days but it doesn't seem to be helping. He's got these scaley patches on his upper thighs and red ickiness on his butt cheeks. I thought it might be a yeast infection but the doc's office said it doesn't perfectly fit the profile. So she said to try hydrocortisone cream under some butt paste for a few days and if that doesn't work, to bring him in.
Poor little tushie.

ew.
Is that anything like the ick a goldfish gets?
Time for unsolicited assvice: stop me if you've heard this one... wha ha ha; it's the Internet - no one can stop me!
My friend's baby boy had this kind of a diaper rash for months and they tried everything from prescription creams to switching formulas 3 times and morphing her diet into something that resembled the menu at a British nursing home. Finally one day she got the bright idea to switch from the Costco brand of diaper wipes to something else. The rash was gone in three days.
I offer this now, not because I don't think you've thought of it, but because I never would have... and because her pediatrician never once mentioned it as a possibility but later said, "oh yeah, perfume allergies -- that happens all the time." Thanks Dr. dude.
ha, they said is it like fish ick. hahaha. i like whoever that is.
